Finance Director + -

AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising is looking for a Finance Director to join the team in Cedar Falls.

The Finance Director is responsible for providing accounting and finance leadership for the agency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Accounting department
  • Managing general ledger, financial statements
  • Handle relationship with bank and CPA
  • Financial report development and analysis
  • Cash management
  • Accounting software management – site/roles security, process changes
  • Budgets and budgeting
  • Liability Insurance
  • Office Operations (building, supplies, vendors)

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and experience in accounting/finance and leadership are a must.  CPA, preferred.

Business Development Representative + -

In the fast-paced world of sales, Business Development Representatives play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. Desired candidates are quick-thinkers, adaptive problem solvers, who are organized, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting multiple project deadlines simultaneously.  

Business Development Representatives are expected to work with a sense of ownership and accountability. This means taking the initiative to drive innovation and creativity in your sales approach. We’re looking for someone to stay ahead of the curve and drive results by constantly seeking new ways to add value.   

Some of the primary responsibilities for this position include:  

  • Finding, qualifying and nurturing new business leads with the ultimate goal of increased sales revenue   
  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets through new business acquisition   
  • Proposal writing    
  • Developing and leading new business presentations   
  • Attending networking events, conferences and tradeshows   
  • Staying relevant with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments

A minimum of two years of B2B sales experience is required. Agency or direct marketing experience preferred. Key skills and characteristics of ideal candidates include:

Fundraising Adviser + -

AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising is looking for a professional, energetic individual to join the team as a fundraising adviser in Cedar Falls.

The fundraising adviser is responsible for providing counsel and direction to non-profit clients regarding their fundraising efforts, including feasibility studies, capital campaigns and marketing strategies. The fundraising adviser will also work to develop new business.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3-5 years of direct fundraising experience, including capital campaigns, are required.
